General waiver

You acknowledge that during an ADVENTURE you participate voluntarily in any and all activities arranged by the VivaFit Adventures SAS, and insofar as legally permissible, surrender your right to any cause of action against VivaFit Adventures SAS arising from any loss or damage to person or property that occurs during a retreat.

Every ADVENTURER accepts full responsibility and liability for their actions outside of the realm of the retreat.  This is to include but not limited to participation in any illicit activities.

Photo/video release form

I hereby grant VivaFit Adventures SAS the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use photographic portraits / images / videos in which I am featured, that are taken during the course of the retreat to use / republish / copyright, etc. for commercial use in association with VivaFit Adventures SAS business. I hereby release and discharge VivaFit Adventures SAS  from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs and video footage, including without limitation any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

Passports, visas & documents

It is the responsibility of each ADVENTURER to obtain a valid passport, visa(s) and necessary certificates for any country to be visited in connection with a VivaFit Adventures SAS retreat.

Third parties

VivaFit Adventures SAS holds no responsibility for the actions or omissions of third parties or independent contractors, including in the event that they modify the nature of a service on a retreat as compared with the advertised nature of the service.

Payment policy

To reserve your spot on an ADVENTURE, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% of total package price is required upon booking.  The remaining balance can be paid at your discretion so long as full payment (the package price) is made 30 days prior to the ADVENTURE start date.  You agree to forfeit all payments made to VivaFit Adventures SAS should total package price not be paid 30 days prior to ADVENTURE start date. Prices are based per person, twin share (share with another retreat guest or bring a friend/partner) or for private rooms where specified and at an additional cost.  Flights are not included!

Cancellation Policy

We understand things happen and we want to be as flexible as possible but we do have lots of bookings and contracts in place to keep these retreats going.  Should a need to cancel your planned ADVENTURE date arise, the following shall apply:

• Initial deposit of 25% of retreat cost is non-refundable.  No exceptions
• VivaFit Adventures SAS will not issue a monetary refund but will offer accomodation (credits) on another scheduled ADVENTURE date with a minimum of 30 days notice from said ADVENTURE start date
• No credits are issued for cancellations received fewer than 14 days prior to arrival.
• Transferring a booking between dates incurs an administration fee of 10% of the retreat price.
• We do not anticipate a need to cancel a scheduled ADVENTURE on our behalf, but should the situation present itself, you’re entitled to transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat (either scheduled or at some future time.)

Travel Insurance

You acknowledge that VivaFit Adventures will provide third party travel insurance to every ADVENTURER which will be covered in your initial deposit, therefore is non-refundable.
